Pat is originally from the Boston area, but now
resides in sunny Washington state with her
daughter and far too many animals; three cats, a
bird, a turtle, and a lizard. She attended the
Museum of Fine Arts School in the late sixties,
and has worked as a scrimshander, etcher, paper
doll designer, technical illustrator, children’s
book illustrator, and a fine artist. Pat has
colored, drawn, sketched, painted, and has been
responsible for destruction of reams of
perfectly good drawing paper for many years. Her
favorite subjects to paint and draw are animals,
and period costumes, and if there is a way to
combine the two then that’s a definite plus.
